The bloom of "Sissy" is medium, a few days after the "Kontoula", "Coscia", "Crystalia or Tsakonian" and before the "Santa Maria" and pollinated mainly by Coscia and Santa Maria. The fruit set is very satisfactory and has minimal pruning costs.
The fruit at harvest, which becomes the first ten days of August, when acquired soluble solids (SAP) 12-14%, are green, orange color in the surface facing the sun, while its size is characterized as a medium large, weight 200 -250 g. each, with a crisp and fragrant flesh without aggregates cells.
